Experts, please: Remove new tile floor without cabinet damage?

What a great resource this forum is. Thanks to the experts who addressed our concerns earlier regarding a less than satisfactory tile installation. Now we are considering all options, one of which is to have the new floor removed. We are concerned that replacement of some of the floor will not correct the problem. Should more tile be purchased and let the contractor, though, try to replace some of the tile when we think this will not correct the problem?

More importantly, can the new tile floor in its entirety be removed so there is no cabinet damage? How do you suggest one remove the floor to prevent damaging the cabinets? Someone suggested to go ahead and install the cabinet doors and then work on the tile floor, but we think that's one more thing that could get damaged down the road. We would prefer to fix the floor first, then finish the cabinet work. We welcome your feedback.
