Questions about this artisan no knead bread

I have it in the refrig, although it was left out on the counter longer than 2 hours. it rose halfway up the container. will that change things?

also, what do i do now - just take a piece and shape it? or do i add any more flour to it. does it have to rest or does it go right into the oven?

also what do i do to turn it into something else? like a dough for challah or cinammon buns?

this novice bread baker appreciates all the help she can get!
