Here's one both my sons and daughters enjoyed. Get a water gun and let her fill it up in the tub. Then buy her those soaps that come shaped like Crayolas and are all different colors. She can then color on the tiles and spray the wall clean w/ the water gun. Another winner is just a small hose, you know the kind you can attach to the sink when you want to wash your hair w/ the shower attachment at the end? You can give her the hose without attaching it to the spout, for some reason they love this because they can blow air out through the attachment part and make their own "shower" by forcing the air out to the other side. Little boats w/ small "guys" or action figures that can take boat rides is also fun. Betty

QOD: Youngest DD went to a friend's house to spend the night. 2nd youngest DD had a summer slumber party here-I don't know why they call it that; no one sleeps and she has a party to go to today! 15 y.o DD was out last night with 18 y.o. BF - he now has his own apartment whcih she likes to visit. She starts pilot ground school today 8-6 for the next few Saturdays and Sundays. Oldest DD got a job running projectors at the local movie house, so she was working the last couple nights till 3 a.m. w/ the "Pirates" openings? I haven't yet. Me, I'm walking dogs, watering lawns, studying philosophy, ethics, and moral obligations, topped off with a load of meteorology and LOTS of laundry and weeding! I am going to spend an hour in my office as well--cleaning! DH is taking the bar study course 24/7, so things are running smoothly around here, really. GOOD LUCK, ERICA!!! Pictures, please! I was an hourglass too, but have never thought of myself this way---I really think I have a boy's shape, sort of squarish w/ large shoulders. I was wondering how much stock to put in that quiz. Work-outs with enough weight to cause a fair amount of resistance is a great way to prevent bone disease and just plain be healthier---so I'm foregoing the femmy looks for that. Besides, as I get older, I sort of want to look like I can kick some @ss---lol!!! As well, I have really enjoyed increasing the weight at the gym from time to time--POWER! John-cats yet? I saw the report on TV that's transcribed in Sushipup's link. It says the same thing I've always heard from the pros. The active ingredients in the cheap stuff are the same as in the expensive stuff, and the biggest differences are in packaging, perfume, fillers, stabilizers and preservatives, waxes and "sealers", etc. None of them will prevent aging, and they don't claim that they do. They lessen the appearance of aging with moisturizing, fillers (which wash off), exfoliating acids (you could use a washcloth for that part), etc. What prevents premature skin aging (aging itself is genetic and some people look older at a younger age and nothing will stop that), is reducing sun exposure, and keeping a healthy body (no smoking, little drinking/drugging, good diet (including sufficient fats), general fitness, and lots of water). Re before and after pictures, make your own. Make them for a friend. There are good reasons why older actors look so youthful on screen, and like hags in the vegetable aisle. I'm not saying you won't see a difference. Just that there's a lot of difference in lighting and focus when you're trying to make the before picture look as bad as possible and the after picture look as good as possible.
