My DH had two rounds of it last year with successful results. Each session required two syringes ($600 per syringe), so it was a bit pricey for us but he did see noticeable reduction of his double chin, which had bothered him for many years as he's otherwise very fit. His endocrinologist (whom he only sees every few months) even commented that he'd "lost weight", based only on the appearance of his neck area when it finally healed. The worst part was that he swelled up like a bullfrog immediately afterwards -- he said he felt like he was carrying around a softball under his chin -- and that swelling didn't subside until about 7-10 days, so he didn't want to venture out looking as he did. He had been warned about swelling, but it was worse than he expected. He could stand to be treated further - the two sessions did make a noticeable difference but didn't completely eradicate the fullness beneath his chin. I think he's satisfied with the difference obtained though. He hasn't talked about wanting to go back for more.
