assemble lasagna now, bake tomorrow?

I'd like to make a pan of lasagna for a friend who came home from the hospital today (hysterectomy, incision across her abdomen). I thought it might be better if I could make it tonight but not bake it, just put it in the fridge, take it to her tomorrow, then she or one of her teenagers could put it in the oven whenever they want to eat it. I thought it wouldn't be much difference for them to bake it from the beginning, versus reheating it, just may take longer. Would that be ok? I've never made it ahead like that to bake later. If the recipe says to bake it for 55-60 minutes, tightly covered with foil, would that still apply if it's been refrigerated? I was going to use the no-boil oven ready noodles, if that would make a difference.
