Who do you believe???

I ran across some recipes on the Aetna InteliHealth site ( http://www.intelihealth.com ) They sound good and they say they are low in sodium and fat but.... One recipe for a beef casserole states that it only has 3 g of fat ( 1 g saturated fat ), 15 mg of cholesterol and 125 mg of sodium...

Ok so I opened another window and check out the very same recipe, word for word, ingredient for ingredient, everything was exactly the same on http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/ But, the Sparks people say it has 6.4 g of fat ( 2.4 g saturated fat ), 21.3 mg cholesterol and 143.3 mg of sodium... So who do I believe?????

Granted the differences aren't all that much ( well the fat content is more than doubled ) for ONE meal but if I go by the Aetna for an entire week it's libel to put hubby way over his limits... Who do I believe??
