Lou's Braided Bread - Photo Tutorial

Some of the members have been asking about the Braided Bread.
I already gave the recipe in another Post.
So I thought IÂd put in a Photo Tutorial on how I shape the dough.
Here is the dough, after it has risen once and is cut in half.
Then each half is cut in 3 pieces. Each piece is rolled out to about 12 inches long.
The ends are wet with an egg, milk, mix and stuck together.
They are twisted about 8 times each and spread apart at the other end.

While keeping the dough from untwisting, it is Braided .The end is basted with egg and stuck together.

The Dough is Braided , in the pan, Sprayed with Pam and waiting to rise.

Here is another, Cooked in a Loaf Pan:

This can be done with more, instead of just 3 pieces
But I like to do it simpler.
