Lake trout, need light recipe

I am looking for a recipe for filleted lake trout. There is skin on one side.

I looked online (and on these forums) but found mostly recipes for pan cooking whole fish. IÂm hoping to find something broiled or baked: trying not to eat anything battered, or fried. IÂm not into sauces either, unless they are very simple, light, and not rich. I donÂt know what class lake trout fall into: whether they are oily fish that are better baked/broiled, or non-oily.

(IÂm trying to lose the Christmas cookies IÂm still carrying around the middle).

Hope itÂs not too tall an orderÂThank you!
