If so, have you tried making it by adding some powdered milk along with the skim milk? I made some that way last night and now the yogurt tastes like powdered milk...eew eew eew! The reason for adding powdered milk is to make it creamier...I didn't notice any difference in that regard.
Back to the tried and true skim milk and starter. Just trying to figure out what to make with the 6 remaining jars! I don't think any amount of chocolate or flavouring will hide the taste but I'd hate to throw it out. Don't even have a dog to feed it to!
