Help! Making Artisan Bread in the wilderness....

Well, not actually in the wild, but at our lakehouse where I am without a vehicle today and miles from any town.

My guests are off skiing and I had planned to serve the No-Knead bread I baked last night with the soup/salad we're having for dinner. DH ended up slicing it up for toast w/ breakfast...They gobbled it all up!

I have the 5-min. Artisan dough on its 2nd rise and will be baking it off soon (my 1st try w/ this recipe). I have no cornmeal, baking stone or broiler pan, so this is what I'm doing -

2nd rise is on parchment and I plan to transfer the loaf onto a preheated pizza pan turned upside down. I plan to bake it on the parchment as I do the No-Knead bread.

Instead of a broiler pan I have a large enamel-coated grill pan in which I will pour in the 1 cup of water.

Do you think these improvisations will work? Should I adjust the baking time? Thanks -
