That's right--Niblets. Goofy name that is hard to Google. I have a 1.1 pound, 5 piece package of the above. I want to cook it in my toaster oven. I have garlic, red and white wine, BBQ sauce and applesauce on hand. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Well--the package says niblets and the store always has them. I guess the butcher (this is a mom and pop store and he cuts the meat) likes to give names to his offerings. He does sell riblets, but they have bones. Nancy
I am guessing that is a made up name for some cut of the pork rib portion, because I never heard of it and Google doesn't know anything. Not knowing I would be safe and braise it on the stove top and serve it with your applesauce. Linda c
