Need help! involves liability insurance!

About a month ago I finally received my building permit and demolished my house. Got the basement dug out late last week and found out I am going to have to postpone the project until better times (perphaps next spring/summer). Meanwhile I have a huge hole in the middle of my lot for my foundation (roughly 60 x 70 feet) that you have to climb down a ladder to access it since it ranges from 6-12 ft deep.

Anyone know what type insurance I need to keep on the place to protect myself from someone walking onto my lot and hurting themselves? I have tree save all the way around the perimeter of the hole and silt fence around the property.

I have a quote of $127/mo for a builders risk type policy but was wondering if I could add it to my renters insurance as a liability umbrella policy or something for less money? I will just pay the $127/mo if I have to but don't want to find out later that I could have just spent another $30/mo or so on my renters?

Thanks for any help.
