I've used Firefox and Thunderbird on my PC successfully for 4 years. DH got a Gateway laptop and router. Roadrunner cable guy set it up and we got RR and Firefox running fine.
Later, I downloaded Thunderbird on the laptop and keep getting a "file corrupt" message. Should I just remove it and DL again? He wants email and that is the one he is familiar with so I'd like to stick with it, but I'm frozen on this and Mozilla's tech help cost is out of sight.....
