My advice is to take a cabinet door, wall and accent tiles, and color samples with you when you go shopping. Ideally you should bring some samples of the material home to see it in the bathroom under the actual light conditions.

I am fan of granite. My suggeston is to contrast the color of the cabinets, but complement the tile walls. See if you can pick up one of the colors in the accent border. I recently put butterfly gold in my bathroom. It may fit with your color scheme, but it is difficult to tell from the photos. A granite with some movement could be interesting.

I'd go with granite as well, I think black typhoon would look beautiful, but you can go through the samples at Marble.com to see what style you're most attracted to. There's thousands to choose from. I agree with the advice above; takes samples of everything and go visit a granite yard. Pick two or three samples that you love, bring them home and test them for staining with items you typically use in the bathroom. Go with what holds up best that matches the best that you like the best. There are some very cool granites available.

I'll post a different idea just to give you another option to think about...I'd choose a similar tone as the floor covering. It's hard to tell what your flooring color is from the photos but try some samples (quartz or granite) that have a similar coloring as your flooring. The theory behind this is that all the horizontal surfaces in the room are kept the same tone if not the same color and it really pulls together the look of the room. I am excited about my vanity top going in next week that is made of recycled porcelain (busted up old bathtubs and sinks from demolition projects). It's called ECO Cosentino and you can order samples at the link below for something like $4 each. I got Riverbed as my color. For a 24 x 20 inch vanity top it's $700 so it's possibly more expensive than granite. But of all the recycled products I looked at like Vetrazzo or Icestone this was less expensive. I think the color Crystal Sand would look great in the one in the first pix.

My flooring is a white porcelain...I was thinking of maybe going with a white quartz for both bathrooms? Someone that I told that to the other day was like "why would you put a white top if your over counter sinks are white?"

I think that could be really pretty. I'd definitely try a white quartz sample with all your other samples. that would be my top choice. And quartz for the bathroom is a super smart choice...durable, easy to clearn, etc.
