Praying that tomorrow she will be breathing on her own...
They must be keeping her really sedated....which is a good thing I guess....there's been a week worth of healing already....

I've only posted here, I was sure she wouldn't be able to answer emails. I'll add my prayers to LindaC's, that by tomorrow she will be breathing on her own and soon catching up with all of us.

Thank Goodness she is doing better. I've been thinking of her every single day hoping more more improvements. Hopefully that d@mn ventilator will be gone soon.

And the news just keeps getting better. Charlotte called me this morning to give me an update. They have Lee sitting up in bed. They have removed the balloon pump that was helping her heart beat and she is just doing so much better. Still on the ventilator, but that is probably a good thing, allowing her to heal with less stress or strain on her heart.

good lord--i had no idea! i'm so sorry to hear that lee needed such surgery but delighted of course, to know that she is starting to improve! best wishes for a seamless recovery for you and that poor max is able to start relaxing a little. good luck to both of you!

oh my gosh. That is wonderful...so glad to hear of the steady improvement.
