Air Quality Products w/Year-Round Humidity Control--Advice Sought

We're building a year-round home deep in the woods of southern NY State -- hopefully to someday become our forever/retirement home. The area has very cold and icy winters and a long heating season, but also needs air conditioning in summers which can be steamy.

We will be installing under-floor radiant heat, and (hopefully) a mini-split ductless A/C system -- so for the most part, no ducting or central unit to tie into. The air-air system will be standalone, but there are plenty of places to install it.

I have done some reading about HRVs, ERVs, and fresh air ventilation. Do any of you have experience with units that can: (a) introduce fresh outside air, (b) expel indoor air, *and* (c) in-between dehumidify or humidify, depending on season and conditions? I haven't found a unit that will offer complete humidity control, and I don't know how to add humidity in the winter without something separate. A fourth feature, filtration, wd be nice (like the Broan units), but not essential.

Thanks for your thoughts.
