Do you have a page where you can make some cahnges in your printer, should be available whenever you do a job, and go in there, check them all if that be the case, and see what gives.
Also, check the help area in the printer info, should be something there as well. Does this happen for every job, or just certain ones?

Try the exercise below,

Click Tools -> Options
Then click Content
Then click Advanced under the Fonts and Colors section.
Select 15 for the dropdown labeled minimum font size.

Try to print and see if that is what you want. Then just adjust it to a bigger or smaller font as you see fit.

If the two suggestions haven't helped, suggest identifying your printer and operating system.

Tried the tool suggestion, but my computer does not list those options. Have windows Vista and hp 5510 printer. Tiny type seems to happen when I highlight and print selection.

rioritarae, you can change the size of the print in Vista by choosing the print preview option. You will see options there to change the size of your print. Typically it will show "Shrink to fit". Use the pull down under that option. There are percentage sizes that will change the print size.

When you use the 'print preview' as Camp suggests you should also have the option there to pull the corner 'ears' out to the required size.

Alternately once you click the print button the HP window appears and if you click Properties on that window you will see a selection of tabs with many choices including 'Fit to page'
