Next time it happens Shaddy do this. Sometimes you will click once if nothing click twice. I do not know how you are set up but do that and we will do just fine.

click Start
click Control panel
click Administrative Tools
click Event viewer

Now you have a small window with 2 panes
double click System on the left side

Now you see a load of 'Information' tabs.But there will also be some red "Error" messages or yellow "Warning" markers. We are very interested in those red entries, perhaps mildly interested in the yellow ones but later if we need 'em.

Double click on any red item and this bring up another window with stuff you may not understand. However, there will usually be a clickable link as well, click this and read the report it brings up. This will be about your error. Report back here with the details if you are baffled by any of them.

While you are there scroll down a ways looking to see how many Errors are reported. As I say, the yellow warnings are not so critical.

The other thing is to click to send that error report because often you will get an immediate response which may well shed some light on the problem.

Well you could look now if you wished. You will see the error messages as you scroll down, plus looking when you are not frustrated is easier on the nerves LOL.

Print job caused the print spooler to stop more than once, so the previous spooler deleted the job and won't try to pring again.

Can you decifer what this all means?
I don't have a single yellow error message, and only one red, which is the first one I wrote in this message. All the rest of the entries are IE icons for some reason or another. I didn't read them all, just the one listed for yesterday, they started in June I believe, and have continued since. I first encountered them when i went online some picasa forums, were foreign I believe, and are shared magazine patterns, and other things from all around the world. Do you think that might have something to do with this?

do you mean it is a white circle with a blue I in the center? that is not an Internet explorer icon that is an Information Icon. An Internet explorer Icon is a big blue E.

the error message top one is due to your printer having a bad print job which it could not complete so it deleted the job.

when was the last time you ran a full antispyware scan on your pc? spyware can cause lots of error messages to pop up. You can get the free superantispyware, hit update, select your C drive to scan then run full scan, have it clean anything it finds.

Something is odd. As ravencajun notes the one problem points to a bad print job yet according to your post you were not trying to print anything. Run the Superantispyware - after updating it - and see what happens then.

Only one red error message is good though.
