Received an error when trying to update my work computer today. Tried various times and kept getting error: 732. Searched their support forum with no luck. Sent off an email to them and the reply was to uninstall and run their clean-up tool. I should try a reinstall after this. If the same problem, it is infected.

Unfortunately, the reply came after getting home so I can't do anything until tomorrow. I'm very nervous about this as that machine contains sensitive information.

Do you think the paid versions work better? The reply I received suggested I download their 'premier set-up.'

Computer runs XP SP3, FF, AVAST, ZA, Spywareblaster, Malwarebytes - all updated weekly. AVAST on auto update. All are the free versions.
