Brand new Bosch refrigerator not cooling properly

We have a brand new (three days old) Bosch Linea side by side refrigerator. After the 24 hour period for it to cool initially, we are noticing that the refrigerator is not cooling properly (temperatures staying at 42 when the door has NOT been open and it's set at 36). The freezer (set at -5) fluctuates as well, between -2 and 10. We had the same issue with our previous Bosch frig (same model, though this one is newer) so now we are wondering if it is a ventilation issue. It is fit tightly into the cabinetry with no ventilation on the sides. It was pulled a bit out from the back, but we pulled it out farther last night to see if that helped the problem (about 8 inches). As the temperatures are still in the mid-40s today in the frig, it did not seem to fix the problem.

We're wondering if it still isn't getting the proper ventilation? When my husband pulled it out to turn on the water line, he said it was noticeably warm behind the unit (like in the 80s) so we're curious if it still can't vent properly out the back and top and needs some ventilation from the sides as well.

Like I said, it is brand new so there should be no compressor issues, evaporator coil dirt/debris, etc. We are probably going to pull it all the way out into the middle of the floor tonight to see what it does, but any advice is very much appreciated in the meantime.

Thank you,

Emily
