finished bathroom and grout caulk question

It's been almost a year but I finally have some free time to post a few pics. I'm pretty happy with how everything came out with the exception of all of the caulk in the shower is cracking like nobody's business. Pics of actual bathroom at the bottom. :)

Actually, it cracked early on. Everywhere. Around the window, around the tub. The vertical seams in the shower seem to be mostly okay. Contractor used Color Fast tile & grout caulk, siliconized acrylic, unsanded. It's been awhile since I complained about this to him (he's supposed to come back out to recaulk but says this will just happen again) but I seem to recall he said something about he couldn't use a sanded caulk because it wouldn't color match well. I could definitely be remembering wrong, though. Any ideas? Water is stick in the cracks and mildew keeps coming up on them (I spray down with Tilex and it is good for a few days before the pink stuff starts growing back).
