I might delete them and try runnin Revo Uninstaller ... it has a tool... Evidence Remover. Completely Erases Deleted files on the hard drive - takes a few minutes. Also,, sounds like IF you can and want to restore them, after a reboot maybe just delete them again,, since delete seems to work. Possible when you restore them windows will discover they dont exist and may clean up the records.

Had to google cheanmgr -sagerun101 to find out what that is and I ended up at my start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk cleanup. In the list of desktop icons, and that sounds like what you're looking at are 2 Recycle bins listed, Like bob414 said. 1 Empty and 1 full. These are only icons used for the Recycle Bin which you can change the icons by hiliting the icon and clicking the Change Icon button. These icons don't mean you should actually have 2 Recycle Bin Desktop icons! Do you have 2 recycle bin Icons on the Desktop? I don't think, anything is possible though.
