No you are doing nothing wrong Gene. I read an article somewhere that MS had deliberately set it that way, crazy in my mind. I seem to have dragged mine out enough times that it has quit fighting with me and I had not realised it till you posted the question. When I visit others I see they leave it that way, seems pointless to have a 22 inch monitor to view 16 inch screens. The link below has some tremendous tutorials and wallpaper if you are interested. I sometimes get that message when I have a loose connection, either with my cable modem or the Linksys router. It will clear after checking the connections and/or pushing the reset button. Just my 2 c's. Bejay

We're not magicians Michael so a load of info would help What did the tech do? Explain as fully as possible please Did they wipe the hard drive? Which version of Windows? What anti virus and anti malware are you running? Were the Yahoo games installed or played online?

It is free go to WWW.mozilla.com and select FireFox. After you download it choose to run or install file it will at one point ask if you want to import your settings and bookmarks say yes to all,when asked if you want it default you can say no for now it can be changed anytime. Once installed when you open it the first time it goes to the FireFox page so you know it installed properly. After that it should open to your normal homepage. Any time you want to use instead of IE just click the FireFox icon on your desktop. You can use both at the same time.
