Would it be odd to have 2 doors in first floor bath?

we are playing with ideas on our new bathroom....we are going to be converting a old bedroom 8 x 6 that flanks the current bathroom( 46" x 9'). everything will basicly "move over" threw the wall with the location of the bath/shower combo being the only thing that will have a new location. This room currently has only one entry, that is off the dining room.....in the new plans, this doorway would be closed up and the new entry would be from the old bathroom which will be a larger version of the laundry room when completed..( doorway to be cut in as soon as we have this room gutted). But i got to thinking, would it be odd to have 2 ways into a first floor bathroom ? one from the "living quarters" of the home , (living room, dining room) and the second from the laundry room / mud room which is the "working side of the home" kitchen area, etc.?? is that silly ?

I am only asking because this new bathroom will be my dream come true and i do not want to make a decsion i will regret.

Does anyone have two ways into bathroom? Do you love it or hate it?

thank you

Tina
