Did you click on the little box in the upper right hand corner for Full Screen?

if the box is off the screen, it's gonna be hard to click on the box. on the task bar, there should be a box with the oe name on it, right click on the box and select maximize.
that ought to do it.

OE comes in full size but is off to the side & bottom. There are no arrows on the right & buttom so I can't scroll at all.

Normally I would make sure its not maximized then right click the top bar where it says outlook express, click that context menu item 'Move.
Then you can use the arrow keys to move the window to where you like then press the Enter key to release it.

Sounds like you just need to grab the edge and resize it smaller until you get it positioned such to see the full window.

You could try right clicking the icon at the top left (blue bar) & see what options you have. Restore seems to make it smaller & then you could try dragging the window sides to the size you want & hope it sticks. Good luck.

U can always try adjusting the monitor size until u see a complete screen.

An Update - & another question. I tried all the suggestions, best I could with my limited understanding. I clicked on the blue bar at the top & yippie, all is okay now.
My question now is - how do I put an icon on my desktop for my OE account so I can access it from there? Does that make sense? I'd like to click on OE on the monitor screen, along with other programs such as Norton, Mozilla & CC. Thanks for your help.

Where is it located now?

If OE is listed in your Start menu, right click it and then select "create shortcut" and left click. That should put the shortcut on your desktop.
