This happened to be to an organization and I only know one of the people personally. The address for the one that didn't go was given to me and now I know it was given to me incorrectly. An O instead of an A in the name. I wanted to know for sure if the other two were sent, and now I know they were. Thanks to both of you for the replies. Sue

I do know about the bbc but when I typed in Westcoasters and included myself I saw all the addy's when the email came to me and I really prefer not to send other addy's on to everyone on the list. Thanks, I think I can now recall that when Thunderbird logs onto an email server and doesn't have the password, a dialog box comes up asking for the password. Once given, then, it seems Thunderbird remembers. mona, thanks too, but I'm not trying to change my password on the server, just trying to help someone else get a password into their copy of Thunderbird. In trying to help I found on probing through my Thunderbird that is has both my log on and password, but I couldn't find anyway to load the password. Seems day... has a method.

Thanks to the computer forum, I was able to download an old version, so everything is ok. If anyone wants the link to previous versions, let me know. Susan
