You never cease to amaze me, Judith. This display is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I would never want to take it down, the quiet elegance is so perfect.

livvyandbella, thank you, I have had alot of fun "doing up the lady". She is fun to dress up for the holidays, she even gets a pretty red ribbon on Valentines day ;)

Thank you Karen, you are always so supportive, I really do appreciate it. "She" was purchased at Marshalls if I remember correctly, I am happy with the purchase she fits in in lots of places. (I do wish I had her long neck though... LOL )

jeannespines, Yep, she was naughty this year, just goes to show "blondes don't always have more fun"! I love using my tiered plates, those have come in handy too quite alot.

Everything on the table was quite inexpensive, even the hanging group of crystals had come from Walmart one year. The magnifying glasses came from Marshalls over the years and all the round xmas balls and "pearls" were from Walmart years ago, Thanks again!

It's beautiful!! Your touch and eye for detail is amazing. I know I have said it before,but, when I look at your photos I feel like I am looking at a magazine spread. I'm sure if one were walking through your home they would feel like they were in the presence of complete class and elegance. You've got the Jackie O touch for sure.

I love it. This year she was "naughty", but I think she will still get gifts... and while reading this a look at her and she looks as if she's giving you that look. Perfect. I've used magnifying glasses and never thought of them for show before seeing yours.

Betty, thank you. And run back quick and get you some magnifying glasses LOL. They have had some really interesting ones there lately. A little tip, not only are they pretty but they are very useful, I will often use them to look at details in magazine photos, they will often reveal some interesting things!

Judith, your vignettes are always lovely, but I think this is one of my favorites of all the ones youÂve done. IÂve admired your "lady" every time I see her and wish I could find one like her. The whole vignette looks so elegantÂitÂs simply beautiful.

I am only glad I just missed the snow storm in VA because it would have made it so hard to pack the truck and move! I do love snow and am sure I will travel to see it again someday! I am from Nova Scotia and they have a lot of snow too, wish I could see home with that 2' of snow!

Oh MY how exquisite - absolutely beautiful. That vignette is worthy of ANY high class retail store or magazine. The close-up of the balls in the stacking plates makes it look even more regal - they are so pretty - thank you for sharing .....

MaryRuth LOLOLOLOLOL! You're sweet. I am heading out to finish up my food shopping for Christmas, I am doing steaks and shrimp and other side dishes (my DD and her BF do not care for turkey)! Who ever heard of such a thing! I am barbequeing the steak and it is supposed to rain on Christmas day...it figures, picture me hunched over a tiny BBQ with a really big umbrella...the things we do for our kids!

Judith, how tall is your lady? She looks like she's pretty tall compared to the stacking plates. I have so got to get me one of these even though mine will never look as elegant as your vignette does. You may have all of us hunting busts now!

dreamgoddess, I just measured her, she is approxmiately 16 3/4" tall. The top of the stacking plates to the top of the sundae cup is about 17". The tree topper orni in the sundae cup makes it taller though. And yes, you will be able to do one just as nice, just jewel her up!
