filling cracks in finished basement floor

We've been in our house now for almost 1 year. We left our walkout basement floor scored but unfinished. It has settled and now we are planning to seal it. There is a separation (from shrinkage) that I would like to fill before we seal. It runs almost the whole length of the floor on the walkout side between the floor slab and the cement that the wall is on (forgot what you call that). The crack is deep and I can see a thin piece of foam attached to the slab side. What should I use to fill it? Since it is so deep I thought I would use an expandable foam first--then maybe caulk. If it just continues to crack from season to season I want it to look okay. Also, the area at the french door look very rough. Would a cement patch work to smooth this area out and bridge the crack there too? Thank you for any advise you might have.
