You say some of the photos are jerky. I assume you have a screensaver where you can change the selection at will? If so is it possible you have elected to use some files that are much larger in size therefore need more time to load properly?

That could be it...I just seem to panic at times when things don't work...I'd like to get over being that way, but don't know how :o)

But..I think it was working well there for a while. I updated CrapCleaner and it installed a Yahoo toolbar that really messed things up. I uninstalled the toolbar and that's when I noticed my screensaver wasn't working like it used to. Is there more to uninstalling that toolbar than just clicking the uninstall button? But...I have set my pictures to show smaller and they seem to be working well now...

Well I think I would run Ccleaner again now the miserable Yahoo toolbar is gone because it no doubt sets up things like updaters to run in the background similar to the Google toolbar. Having removed the toolbar the instructions are now orphaned and Ccleaner should remove those entries.

Regarding the photos, if you are unsure of the file sizes you can view them in Windows Explorer and see how large they are. If necessary you can resize the files in Irfanview or another photo editing program you may prefer.
