how do I delete password information

Specifically, my problem is where the blank spaces are to put the user name, as in logging into Yahoo mail, when I double click, all these options that have been used appear. I have IE9 and I went in under tools....internet options....checked the box to delete password information. They are still there.

Have you cleared your cache?

If I understand you correctly clearing the cache will do it, but the list will rebuild again with IE use.

Perhaps, Tool>Internet Options>Content tab>Auto Complete Settings>Check or uncheck what you wish>OK out. Depending on the action you take this would restrict or prohibit the cache building.

In the alternative while in the Settings you could just click on the "Delete Auto Complete History".

Since posts are composed WYSIWYG the preview feature is real time. To delete a picture from a post as you are composing it use delete or backspace on the keyboard as you would do with text. Something that bugs me about this forum and it is the same as it was with GW is that when "YOU" post to a thread it shows as newly posted to (highlighted). Your own post should drive a thread to the top but it should only be highlighted if someone other you has posted to it alerting you to new posts. I dont need to be alerted to the fact that I have posted and the only way to removed the highlighting is to visit the thread just after posting which is kind of silly if you had just posted there.

If they are using the app it's on the right. Mary Open the Facebook app. Tap the three lines towards the right of the top navigation bar. Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy Tap Settings from the expanded menu. Scroll down and tap Account Ownership and Control.

Maybe ... hover mouse over login names you don't want windows to remember, and press delete.

Think that part of the 'forms data' of the clear temporary internet files.
Then you loose all login/address's/more ... the form field boxes on webpages.
