I suppose it would be possible. You would/could perhaps create a signature that would get appended to each email sent and there would be coding back to the advertisers who probably by the click.

Right click on the email, click Properties, click Details, click Message source. Bring it up to full screen and try to make sense of it. Don't glance and give up, just quietly look through and you should be interested in web page links on the lower portion of the details. The top part is delivery data, then you will see in normal font the message you received and the interesting part would follow that.

Just wanted to update you on the ads in my Sis's Juno email. She uses free Juno for email and Juno puts the ads in after she hits the send button. I also found a site where someone is suing AOL for doing the same thing on their paying customer's email. When I saw that I called Juno again this person admitted they put ads in the emails. Have any of you have experienced this?
