Confirmed, owbist. Going back to 8.1.2 corrected the problem. Watch out for requests to upgrade to Version 8.2 throughout the installation process. Click on 'later' any time you are asked about it.

My experience with Malwarebytes is its missing some bad guys all too often lately ... then superAntiSpyware seems to get most misses. fwiw; Microsoft now has a new download program.. an 'on demand' security scan... gig file, long scan.. read here.. Microsoft Safety Scanner Bad part is no definition updates... every ten days you have to reinstall the whole thing. Its a large download, and think maybe 1.5hr scan here. Hi ravencajun, When the old AdAware went down I had no idea where to go, it all was so confusing to me, so I decided to put the new AdAware in to see how it would do. It has done well up until now and this is the first time that I have had compatiblity Issues with Spybot Search And Destroy. I have had AdAware several months now. This is really odd, cause I would have thought there would have been problems before now. Do I just take AdAware out using Add/Remove Programs? Will that get it all out? How is the install for superantispyware, is it hard to download or is it a simple install? What is your personal opinion of superantispyware? Pros & Cons. If you don't mind doing that for me?
