I was using Spy Bot but will download from that link immediately. I so hope that is it. I am embarrassed to say that I was trying to restore because I could not rename some files no matter what I did (with the date in numericals). After trying for 2 days I said I would just restore to when I knew it was working. Thats how I found out the error thing. THEN I realized that the number lock was on ( has no light). Now you understand why I need help so often !!! Can not be returned but they will repair if needed. Just would prefer not to have to go that route if possible. Thank you again..

Clean out your temporary internet files and temp files. Download TFC by OldTimer click Here to your desktop. Click the Save file tab, save it to the desktop. Then double click it to run it. Double-clickTFC.exe to run it. After that I'd clear out the browser history too. Note: If you are running on Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator TFC will close all programs when run, so make sure you have saved all your work before you begin * Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process. * Depending on how often you clean temp files, execution time should be anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two. * Please let TFC run uninterrupted until it is finished. Once TFC is finished it should restart your computer. If it does not, please manually restart the computer yourself to ensure a complete cleaning. After that clear out the browser history. In the browser click tools and look for the option to clear history, cookies, etc.
