tile drywall corner transition

I'm trying to figure out how to complete the corner where the finish transitions from tile to drywall.

I have a bath situated in an alcove. The walls of the bath alcove are tiled 7 feet up. As it turns the corner and leaves the alcove the wall is tiled up to 4 ft ( approximately). The tiles will be set on a mud wall. How do I finish this transition?

Do I put a corner bead on the drywall where drywall meets drywall, and a J bead or L bead on the drywall where it meets the mud wall? Do I have to worry about a crack at this joint? If I do use a J or L bead do I tile over it up to the corner?
