Rough in for tub in master bath - worth it?

New construction here, in the framing stage. We are building a master bath with no tub, just a large shower. That's because we never take baths. Sort of at the last minute, I decided it may be nice to rough in plumbing for a tub, just in case habits change, or for resale. We have a linen closet and makeup vanity area that we could rip out and replace with a freestanding tub, and rough ins could be hidden in the linen closet. The builder got a quote from the plumber - it's $1,600 to do this, including amending the permits.

Is it worth it? DH thinks it's not, but I think it is. Thoughts would be appreciated.
