Please help us narrow down our house search!

My husband and I are still a couple of years away from building (at least), but we have our beautiful 10-acre dream lot, and we want to start narrowing down our search for plans, so that we can start getting some idea of what we want to put aside for a down payment.

We have lots of ideas, of course, but we're complete newbs to this whole home-building thing, and we want to make sure we aren't missing anything major.

Here's what we are pretty sure we want:

* Very traditional style, preferably colonial, Georgian (my favorite) or federal.

* At least four bedrooms (we have three kids) plus an office. I'd prefer a second-floor master suite, but a first-floor one is doable if we otherwise love things.

* No separate living and family room; we don't want or need a formal living room.

* Not a TON of bathrooms, because I don't want to spend hours cleaning toilets.

* First- or second-floor laundry.

* Nice big kitchen, preferably with island and walk-in pantry.

* Lots and lots of natural light.

* Daylight basement. (We probably won't finish it right away, but want to be able to later on and have it be a pleasant, usable space.)

* Two- or three-car garage. (I lean toward two; my husband thinks three.)

Some top contenders -- please share any thoughts you might have!
