FrenchDoor Ovens - BlueStar ?who has? like it?

about to do kitchen remodel within same footprint...and not changing the windows or doors. so am working within constraints.

Wanted to do wall (raised) oven but have to compromise because continuous counter space more important. Going undercounter, and thinking a 30" French door would be ideal.

We buy for the longterm... 20-25 yrs (am not kidding)and willing to buy better rather than often.

Was thinking of the Blue Star oven. (Am sold on getting a 36" cooktop...and dont want oven and cooktop in same footprint). Am not a baker but do appreciate performance of a good oven.
