First of all, this is new construction in FL. We've got 4 bathrooms and laundry room.

MB shower approx 212 ft using 20x20 straight layout and 13x13 on diagonal about halfway up sandwiched between vcaps onyx inserts randomly in that area. the floor is 170 ft w/perimeter boarder and field being on diagonal w/onyx inserts. $5600

Pool shower - 110 ft with 3x6 subway from bottom to 48" toped with listello then 6x6 on diagonal with random inserts. to be tiled to approx 8'. bathroom floor is 34ft 12x12 on diagonal with random inserts - $2630

Guest shower - 29 ft using 12x12 on straight layout. main floor 34ft using 18x18 on diagonal --$1675

Kids bath --18x18 on diagonal on floor. shower 8x8 straight layout up to about 48", then listello, glass mosaic then listello and back to 8x8 up to 7'-- $2350

Laundry- 77ft using 18x24 brick pattern -- $450

Total is approx $11200 - labor only. Tile is about $6200.

This is labor only. It also includes charges to correct some pitch of the cement poured for the shower floors in MB and kids and a window in the guest bath inside the shower area that apparently wasn't done correctly by the framer.

I don't think the price is out of line and I'm willing to pay for good work, but DH thinks this price is crazy.
