Another master bathroom in need of layout help

Our master bedroom occupies the entire second floor of our 1950's cape cod. It is an incredible amount of space with the oddest floor plan, no bathroom and inadequate closets. We are planning to add a new dormer and build a few new walls to gain more windows, large closet and additional space for a bathroom. I'd love to hear some input on door location and overall bathroom layout.

Here is a list of our wants....

- Large double shower

- No bath tub

- Enclosed area for toilet

- Large double vanity (considering two pedestal sinks)

- Two large windows on outside wall of dormer

- maybe skylights

One obstacle.... A chimney runs directly through the middle of the room. This is the 3'5" x 1'7" block in the floor plans below. We have no interest in trying to move this.

The floor plans below are the new proposed layout. The majority of the bathroom area is the new dormer and is 15'5" x 8'9". This is the largest dormer possible on our home and could definitely be made smaller to eliminate any unnecessary space.

Close up of the bathroom and closet area...

Really looking forward to your comments!! :)
