Can anyone identify this bird?

I found this little dude struggling around on the ground and picked him up before my dog tried to kill him. Can anyone identify it? It's eating inchworms and flies that I am catching outside and totally ignoring the seeds I have in a dish. Lucky for me, we have a major inchworm issue right now.

I live in Massachusetts by the Cape and found him while walking along the cranberry bogs. I'm not sure if any of that helps? I am thinking a warbler? The two that have the closest resemblance are the Pine Warbler and the Magnolia Warbler. His breast is a solid deep yellow color. I have more pictures if you need them.

Something clearly got him but the injury does not look severe. He's having a hard time staying on his feet and keeps tipping over, though the more I feed him the more energy he exhibits while being a little steadier on his feet. I'm going to find a wildlife rehabilitation center near me if he doesn't show improvement. He's so beautiful and I want him back out where he belongs. I have taken care of hurt birds and released them back into the wild before so I am not worried but it helps to know what you are caring for.

Thank you in advance.
