Blowfly advice?

My TRES just fledged yesterday, and I have not looked into their box in over a week to prevent premature fledging. Out of the five, four fledged and one (fully feathered) baby was dead in there. When I went to remove the old nest, it was packed full of blowfly larva. I'm guessing that is what killed the nestling. I have a Bluebird box about 30 feet from that box with five, nine day-old nestlings. If the blowfly larva were that bad in the TRES nest, and I hadn't seen them on last nest check, could they also be that bad in the Bluebird's nest? I did peek under the nest using a spatula and did not see blowfly larva. However, that doesn't mean they aren't still small or mixed in with the nesting material. What advice can you give me? Do I go ahead and do a nest change now, or just leave them be? I only have a few more days I can do this before they will be too old for me to check on, so I really need advice soon.
