Carolina Chickadee nesting in a pipe!!

I have some shade sails in my yard to shade my koi pond. They are held up with 2 1/2" steel pipes. I had great stuff foam in the ends of the pipes to keep rain out. A Carolina Chickadee had other plans though. She removed the foam and built a nest down inside the pipe about 8". I have no idea what is supporting the nest. There is NO room in there for her. I have seen her on the nest and it is a tight fit for her. How on earth will her babies be OK in there? There are 4 eggs in the nest right now (there were 5 but one egg is gone). Will the chicks be OK? Will they be able to get out of the pipe?
