Is 2nd brood always from same parents as 1st?

I'm new to all of this and bought a bluebird house & pole system from the WBU in Nashua, New Hampshire. This was in early April. I situated it about 25 feet from my house, with the opening facing east. The bluebirds came, by my estimate, sometime in mid-May. Nothing was going on prior to that. I could see them busily bringing stuff into the box. On Thursday May 29 I checked inside and found four eggs. I haven't looked since, so I'm not sure if that's it. I'm also not sure whether I'm seeing a couple's first or second brood. Also, if this is the first brood, will the occupants of the house the second time around be the same male & female or a different pair? I guess you'd never really know because they don't wear 'HELLO, MY NAME IS...' badges.
