ID help--snowy plumage among juncos

Hi,

I'm new to birdfeeding, and I get the typical company of chickadees, Dark-eyed Juncos, Mourning Doves, and a couple of Downy Woodpeckers; sometimes an American Tree Sparrow or two.

Today when I came home this little bird was among the juncos on the ground. When it did fly, it almost had the flight pattern of a goldfinch.

I live in the Southwestern section of New Hampshire. I apologize for the poor photos--had to use my zoom.
