Yes mora, we got to see a few pretty leaves, but with the overcast skies and rain they didn't look as brilliant as I'd hoped. None the less, they were beautiful, almost too much to take in! I chronicaled our trip on a bit of paper from the hotel room, must have been pretty impressed with the food because I wrote in great detail where we ate and what we had. :) We put on 2100kms in those few short days, did the Cabot Trail, stayed in Baddeck, Antigonish, Halifax & two nights in Indian Harbour. Got as far south as Lunenburg, and made a trip over to the Wolfville area, drove out to Cape Split. VERY COOL! I've never seen fields of cabbage before, and seeing the red soil out that way was amazing! We were getting pretty road weary on the last day. Wish we'd had more time... ahhh... that's the sign of a good vacation! Thanks for asking!

CREATURE OF THE NIGHT is one I want to get. When I saw it on the garden tour it was stunning. Your seedlings are doing very good. You should pat yourself on the back. I have 2 Benz daylilies. ARCTIC BLAZE AND EMPEROR'S CHOICE and they both do terrific here. Lots of scapes and buds and increase very nicely. I do like VB and will need to go look that one up. Julia

Greatly appreciate it, BN! Most of the birds I posted here for ID (the Pine Grosbeak, Common Eiders, Osprey, Ring-Necked Kingfisher, the Sandpiper and the Common Yellowthroat) are all lifers for me!
