Thanks so much for the advice. So it sounds like I should definitely not put them out this week, which is what I was thinking. Next week when the lows are in the mid 40s and sunny daytime temps in the mid and high 70s, do I put them out in the WOWs? I guess where I am confused is I thought with the WOWs you were supposed to be able to put plants out weeks before the last frost date. Is this just not the case? I read somewhere it is supposed to keep the temp inside the WOW about 10 degrees warmer. If I need to wait until night time temps are truly in the 50s, that will probably be in June. So in the meantime would I need to pot up the plants? Last year I definitely planted after the last frost... probably around the 1st of June, however I used no protection on them at all. Also, I received them at a later date so I was not responsible for keeping them alive until they went in the ground. ;) Great link Betsy, thank you. And thank you for the explanation on measuring soil temps. I have a probe thermometer... but 6'? My bed is only 1' deep. CharlieBoring, maybe next year I will try your suggested varieties. :) In regards to your comments: Temperature - Do the WOWs count as protection/covering them for the night? Sunlight - my raised beds are definitely on the low end of sunlight. I think they get 6 hours, but not more. I don't know how I messed that up when selecting the location however I miscalculated somehow. :/ I can't move them this year, however depending how this year goes for me I might try to move them next year. The 2 tomatoes I am putting in containers however I can move and I am looking around the yard for a place that gets more sun and that my husband will find suitable (he is a bit picky about it, which is the reason my beds are on the side of the house). I think the best way to start with a cleaning lady is sit down and discuss what you want her to do and what products you want her to use. Will she bring her own or use yours? Also, does she have insurance? Will she be able to come the same time every week? Some cleaning people will want to bring their kids, or if they are short on time they will want to bring someone to help them. Outline everything you want her to accomplish and if there is enough time for her to do it. I think I have the best cleaning young lady in the US! She was co-worker of my daugters at the local Vet Clinic. My daughter used to say she drove everyone crazy because she was always cleaning. I asked her if she wanted a job and she has now been cleaning for me for three years. I occasionally tip her or give her money for gas. I always recognize her birthday and give her a bonus for Christmas.

The oval tile is on both the Ann Sacks site and the Heath Ceramics site. On the Ann Sacks site, it's listed under "Heath". so I guess Ann Sacks sells it for them, as they do other designers. With that being said, maybe it would be "slightly cheaper" to go to the source itself, although that's not going to make much of a difference as these are much more $$ than I ever expected to spend. If it winds up being THE tile, it might be worth it. basianov - the pantry cabs are actually a light grey and that tile on the right does pick up some of that color. I'm just not sure I want to do marble. I did also see the other day a 1/2"X2" calcutta marble mosaic that was stunning, so that's an option as well, but I just wonder if marble will take the kitchen in a different direction than I was planning.
