Does blight affect tomato taste and nutrition?

My Goliath tomato plants and a Lemon Boy have been very prolific this summer. The plants got blight pretty early on and I sprayed with Serenade Garden which seemed to help a lot. In the last few weeks I did not spray based on some advice I got on the forum and my own dislike of spraying.

I'm curious if blight affects the taste or nutrition. I can't tell that it does although the last tomatoes on the vine have tiny black spots on them and some light colored spots that seem to be soft places. Are those related to blight?

I googled this question and was unable to find any specifics.
