easier for me to identify this spider than this flower

Hi all.

I am trying to figure out the name, genus and species, of this flower that must have been planted by the previous tenant. I am Guessing it is an Artemisia, but I don't really know.

It has silvery feather-like leaves and is about seven inches high. The bright mustard yellow flowers are disc/ray and take the plant up to about 18 inches high. It took the flowers Forever to open.

Here is a link to a photo of the plant in bloom along with a cute crab spider, the goldenrod spider, or Misumena vatia of the Thomisidae family. Very, very cute and harmless.
