Can I grow Black Magic Roses in dry AZ?

I was wondering if it would be possible to grow Black Magic Roses at my parents' house. They live in East Mesa which is just east of Phoenix, where summer temperatures can get as high as 115 or higher. I have seen in various pages that these roses are pretty reliable as far as diseases go and are pretty much low maintainance. My front yard faces the east and the backyard is enclosed on all four sides. I would like to grow them in the front. Can anyone help?
