Jade Tree with Possible Ant Infestation

I unknowingly bought my 4' jade tree with a mealy bug infestation. I thought I made it out of the proverbial woodsby killing the mealy bugs with a solution of water, alcohol and liquid soap.

Now, however, my tree has these tiny little green bugs at the beginning of several of my jade leaves. I looked online and I think these are ants but I'm not sure how to kill these bugs. The bugs have not infested the whole tree, only about 1/3 of the tree. I'm not sure if I should prune off the leaves and stems that are infected or if I should just continue to use my alcohol and water solution.

The tree still has a liitle fullness to it but more and more leaves are falling off everyday. The tree sits in direct sunlight all day and it's not overwatered.

Any suggestions on this?

Many thanks!
